Where do you manufacture your gear?
All products provided by Rain gear Pro are manufactured in British Columbia, Canada.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! Since all of our gear is made in-house we are able to accommodate most alterations. Custom alterations can be added from each product page.
Custom alterations are an additional $80.00 charge per alteration.
Why don’t you have the rain gear produced off shore?
We do not go off shore to produce our product because of quality and performance issues with foreign made products. By controlling the materials we use as well as the manufacturing process, we maintain the highest standard for our customers.
How do I wash the Rain Gear?
You can wash it either by hand or gentle machine wash. Never place your gear in a dryer, always hang to dry.
Why don’t you use Gortex?
Gortex is used in the fashion and recreational industry and does not have the durability and performance factors provided by polyurethane coated nylon.
Do you use any glues or welding for seams?
All of the seams are double stitched to provide maximum tear resistance, strength and waterproofness. Glues and welding of materials are not used as they do not provide the same level of durability, strength and waterproofness.
Warranty FAQs
What is the warrantee on the Rain Gear?
There is a complete 90 day guarantee against any manufactures defects in material and workmanship.

*Note: A manufacturer’s defect is considered a defect that has occurred during the manufacturing of the product and does not include damage to the product as a result of improper cleaning, usage and general wear and tear. If the product is deemed by the manufacturer to not be a manufacturer’s defect, then the damaged product will be shipped back to the sender at their expense via Canada Post collect.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges up to 30 days from your order date.
Shipping cost for the return are split between RGP and our customers. Should you need an exchange please click here.
What is your return policy?
Product that has not been worn/used can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the owner’s expense and a restocking charge of $60 will be deducted from the refund amount once we confirm delivery of the item.
Special orders are subject to different fees than mentioned above.

What happens if my product I order is back ordered?
We will immediately inform you of any back ordered product; provide you an estimated ship date; and endeavor to ship your product to you at the earliest possible date. We will inform you via email when your product has been shipped.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship majority of our orders with either UPS or Fedex.
Orders, on average, take 2-4 business days to process. If we are back-ordered, we will email you to notify you of the delay.
